The PLC programmable control is used in the machine, the 6 inch touching screen person-machine interface system is equipped in the machine, utilizing atmospheric fixed flow parameter and control-oiling filling time to realize the filling of different measurement, the descending unit can prevent from the overflow of the foam, the equipments structure is simple, can effectively fill the round adjustment and neednt change the parts.
When finish filling, the turning machine can automatically place the caps on the bottles, and them the capper can secure the caps automatically. The ASP-180 Cover turning machine are designed to handle most bottle cap types, diameters of which range from 10mm to 100mm, and can handle up to 200 bottles per minute, The new innovative design makes it easy to use and maintenance free
The third steps is put on the label onto the bottles, the LMS-650A Round bottle labeling machine suitable label for various round bottle (can) of pet bottle, drug bottle salad oil, wine, soy bottle etc. Main body is made by SUS304, processing by anode of aluminum metal. Head of label is import from Japan of stepping motor driving.PLC control system match human machine interface & included sixty-suit memory unit. Additional function of bottle correction, bottle split, counter and label ironing.
